The official activation of the first IEEE geographic unit in Rwanda. ~200 engineers, students, faculty, industry and government gather for the Launch Ceremony, a Societies & Affinity Groups panel, parallel IES/GRSS/MTT-S/COMSOC workshops, a Humanitarian Technologies plenary, a Student Branch leadership workshop and an evening gala.
